About the Restaurant

An Italian osteria, with a menu that changes daily, following the seasonality of Cypriot ingredients. Dishes made entirely on the premises, using local meat and fish and, as far as possible, a zero-waste philosophy in the kitchen, with a nose-to-tail approach.
This is also the philosophy of the team at Chiesa. It has its own butcher shop, makes its own focaccia, and its own handmade pasta.
