The hands-on masterclass offered by Salt & Fire is dedicated to the art of grilling over an open fire, showcasing authentic methods and flavors. Your experience begins with a short introduction to the fundamentals of open-fire grilling. You’ll then watch the fire pit being lit right before your eyes, while discovering the importance of different Cypriot woods – mainly olive and lemon – that infuse the meat with a unique aroma and flavor. The evening concludes with a dinner, paired with two cocktails crafted with traditional Cypriot spirits: Commandaria and Zivania.
